Robinhood: Investing for All App Reviews

The evolution of I2M (investor to market) continues with Robinhood. Just like lendingclub changed lending, this app gives the same revolutionary impact to empower end users to make immediate decisions to put their money to work. Of course, users still need to be informed and make intelligent decisions... But, building off this platform starts the journey. Great job!

Great way to start trading. Easy and user friendly. I now have Robin Hood instant but the only issue is still having to wait 5 business days to withdraw to an external bank.

This app is great for those of us who want to get into stock market but dont have the capital to hire a team of investors. Paying $8-10 a trade eats into profits, plus Robinhood allows quick & easy buy/sell on my phone at any time. Robinhood has allowed me to get into trading with a small investment. I hope to increase my investing as I get more comfortable with trading.

Been using the App for 6 months now. Couldnt have asked for more. I feel that I learn more about potential investments and how analysts look at stocks every time i use the app.

The only truly commission-free trading platform I have ever found. While the analytics and performance aspects are lacking, this app is very decent for a basic trader who doesnt mind calculating their returns themselves.

Im brand new to stocks and investing. There are a few really great apps, and if you do your research youll find this one, is a very useful and effective tool.

The Apple Watch consistently asks you to log into the iPhone app, when the iPhone app is opened you have to log in manually (no Touch ID) each time rendering the watch app useless! Please fix!!

Despite what other people are saying I love this app! Its a great starter account for anyone that doesnt want to or pay brokerage fees, even the online ones are pricey if you only have enough cash to buy a couple of shares do you really want to pay $8 just to purchase? With this app theres no fees and I can buy several shares at a time versus feeling like I have to buy a huge quantity just to justify the fees. So many people would love the opportunity to buy stocks but the minimum account balances to open an account make it cost prohibitive whereas with RobinHood theres no minimum and its quick and easy to you. It doesnt have all of the features that a full service brokerage firm had but like I said, its a great starter account.

I use it for my "fun" portfolio. With $0 trading commissions, even if the stocks only go up $.10 you can cash out and still come out ahead

Based off of my experience with this app, I do not like high volatility stock and refrains me from buying a stock in the afternoon. This should be turned off, it plays no role in day trading, until this is turned off Ill be going back to my broker. Good luck!

This app is totally worth it if your smart and investing for semi-long period of times. Dont believe the negative reviews because most of them are from people who havent done research about robinhood and who dont know the basics of investing and day trading limits. People complain about not having "research" available to them. There are tons of free "research" online. This app offers free trades and is pure genius. Say goodbye to the commissions that are making you lose money and say hello to robinhood.

Robin Hood is an amazing app for people new to the stock market. It has limited options, but they are continuing to add new features such as instant deposits, allowing you to make faster trades without having to wait for banks. They are also beta testing trading on margin. Ultimately this app gives you control, you can make informed decisions for free, without worrying about those pesky trading fees. Robinhood is the way of the future when it comes to trading. Definitely recommend. The only reason I am giving 4/5 is because the UI could use some work. Its very pretty, but sometimes difficult to maneuver.

So far I enjoy this app, its really easy to use, updates pretty well.
