It has been several days I cant access my account I am in this endless loop of verification where I am being to support where the page endless loads and there is no other option to contact support

Robinhood’s beautiful UI & ease of use introduced me to investing back in 2020. Since then, I have used the app almost every single day. Their frequent updates keep it looking fresh and they have icons next to seemingly every button in the app to help explain a feature or investing concept which has taught me so much. Their addition of Robinhood Legend brought the Think or Swim/more advanced charting styles to the app which was awesome. The picture-in-picture addition was great too as I frequently want to check on my stock while I’m studying. The $0 trading fees is legendary, but the absolute best feature is Robinhood Gold. It is only $5/month and comes directly out of your investing account, which is convenient because the goal is to make profits on trades anyways. This is also why I love their Robinhood Gold card (annual fee is covered by Robinhood Gold subscription). My credit card balance is always $0 because I am able to use profits from a day trade to pay off my card the very same day. I mean how awesome is that? I know the Cash card already existed, but the CC gives 3x points for each purchase and you can hold your uninvested cash in your account for 4% interest (added in increments at the end of each month to your investing account) while you wait to pay off your card. It’s super awesome, you basically have a high yield savings account that can be tapped into at any moment to pay off your card. Also, whenever you make profits on a trade, that immediately gets added to the amount earning 4% interest starting the next day. You truly can grow your account massively with Robinhood. Even with the Roth IRA they give a 3% match to any contribution per year. They also offer 4AM - 5PM PST extended hours trading with many ETFs & large caps on the 24-hour market during weekdays. Robinhood really has grown to become my favorite app ever created. I know folks hold grudges about the GME/AMC stuff, but Robinhood has really improved since then and I truly do believe they keep their user’s best interests at heart. Follow the rules by ensuring you don’t get an account deficit, don’t trade more than 3 times in a 5-day period, don’t go overboard with margin investing, just try the app and invest within your means and you really will love the experience. I also highly, highly recommend Robinhood Gold. P.S. Robinhood, please, please add one-cancels-other orders! I neeeed simultaneous limit buys/stop loss to finally feel as comfortable as possible with setting an order and forgetting about it. Currently, I can only set a limit buy, wait till it’s filled, then set my limit sell. The process takes a lot of watching and time and it’d just be nice to set a buy, then have a trigger to set a stop loss or limit sell at specific prices after the order is filled. That type of automation would be incredibly useful.

I started trading. You have to constantly change the price as the prices changes. I wish I can just go on review and let the price change it’s self while I get ready to sell. Missed out on some potential gains but overall. Great for learning

Once you give them your money, good luck taking it back without loss. They make getting your money out extremely difficult, and will eventually rob you. I had to give away 5% of my money only to be able to get out of it.

Robinhood provided good experience for me as a new stock buyer. Robinhood made it easier for me to search and buy for stocks I’m interested in.

I’ve tried multiple times to add different bank accounts in the Robinhood app through “Plaid” to invest. I’ve personally gone out and got MULTIPLE bank accounts to try and resolve this issue, however, Plaid fails me every time. I’m only giving this review a 1 star on Robinhood because they solely use Plaid & Plaid has proven to be unreliable for me, every time.

“Event contracts” do you mean BETTINT? I’m sorry, but you can either be a serious financial investment platform that people trust with their money, or you can allow betting- but you can’t do both. This is a BAD, BAD decision. There’s nothing “Robinhood” about this, it’s just a desperate attempt to cash-in on a new trend. I deactivated my account today because of this and will be inquiring about how to delete it permanently. I’ve stuck with y’all for years but this is the first time where I felt that your morals started slipping. Goodbye.

Seems like all bait and switch advertising. For instance they said I can deposit up to 50k but only 6k was made available instantly. I don’t have any limits on crypto transfers but oh wait it’s actually ~3k when I try to transfer. Limit resets in 24 h but oh wait that doesn’t include weekends. They also gave me an offer for robinhood gold at first saying I’ll get $5 and 4.5% apy for 60 days but fine print says the 60 days may not be consecutive. On the final confirmation screen it actually said 4.75% apy but when I refreshed the $5 offer went away. What kind of garbage is this? I’ll probably move all my funds to another brokerage since I don’t trust anything they say anymore.

I get ads for this app all the tome and it’s annoying

Taking away our ability to buy select shares is theft to existing shareholders. Corrupt entity like the rest, this company is compromised and can’t be trusted. If you still use this app to invest, you are of low intelligence and are risking your financial freedom. ✌🏻

Response times are often lengthy, and the support provided does not always resolve issues effectively. This can lead to frustration and a diminished user experience. Additionally, I have encountered several functional inconsistencies within the app. Certain features appear to operate inefficiently, which can hinder the overall trading experience. Improvements in these areas could significantly enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Unable to call or talk to anyone without going through the app or computer!!!!!!! I have been on the app trying to get my friends account fixed but can't seem to find any support

I appreciate this app, and any issues I have had were resolved.

This is horrific for options. The app freezes frequently and has caused me to lose thousands of dollars as it does this when I need to get out of a position. Arbitrarily, it might tell me that there are no sellable shares (options) at a critical moment when I need to sell end of day, which happened today. No, there was no open order to sell that wasn’t filled. They were available. RH just decided not to let me out of the options position expiring a week out.

The ultimate best platform. I don’t care this is #1 . I tried so Many and this wins any day!

Their option market software is broken. If you click on the sell option on a call or put, you have to manually switch it twice, otherwise you will be buying a call or put and their customer service is trash. They’ll tell you to pound rocks. Their cash account isn’t worth it unless you have 30K and buy in to the gold program @ $5 a month. They do have an excellent margin account value with the lowest apr. That is good. However, unless you have 25K or more in the account you are stuck with a day trader limit that they aren’t flexible on and will do nothing to help you if you accidentally go over 3 trades. They don’t have CEF funds. They don’t have a DRIP program that buys into discount at NAV. Their trade market in your ability to see the market value at what people are bidding on is limited. They say they have level 2, but it’s really just level one and you can only see what other Robinhood buyers and sellers are bidding, not what other brokerages are doing. Their option market is also limited to divisables of $5, meaning people with better brokerages can outbid your option price by $1 or $3 values. They also don’t cash sweep any money if you sell a put. So if you sell a $3k put and it last for 6 months, none of that $3k that is set aside is gaining interest. It just sits there and you can’t touch it for 6 months. Did I say their customer service is trash? They don’t care about you!

Ease of use, informative and convenient. I learned through the app to buy, sell and study the market and its trend, and if it is a good time to buy or sell. So I became from no experience to experienced on how to buy and sell stocks on Robinhood

This is a business of milliseconds. Time wasted rifling through the screens costs me profits. Is there a single execution button?

I like how simple and easy robinhood has always been to use. That being said, it is becoming more and a gambling App with crypto, and buying sport and political prediction markets(this should be illegal). I will be closing my account soon.

Robinhood keeps canceling my oder. When I asked why I get pre manufactured answer’s Very hard to get a hold of someone.

Wish I had something like this in the 90s

I had to give them a lot of confidential information and sign a lot of paperwork to create my account. As a final step of authentication, they wanted a picture of a document. I tried several times to take a proper picture. But the app degrades the resolution. This is not an issue with my camera and they don’t allow you to upload. When I explained this to the support team, they were less than helpful. Very disappointing.

Once you deposit money into Robinhood your not getting it back it just stays their with no option to deposit go use coinbase

Good thus far. The platform seems much more user friendly than the traditional ones. I also like the ability to immediately have a statement of purchased shares. I also appreciate purchasing fractional shares and having almost an immediate breakdown of cost per fraction vs the number of shares allotted. Overall, I enjoy the efficiency of communication. I'm still to contact assistance with some questions, however.

Never use robinhood unless you like: horrible customer service, account restrictions without explanation, dark pool stop-trade halting, and meager trading tools.

I love that this app is so user-friendly. As someone who was a complete beginner had no previous experience in the stock market. I was able to navigate it.

There are a swarm of platforms with similar or the same services like Robinhood But they are champions. In many ways. Everybody is only trailing them. So what makes them Standing out till to date is undoubtably the aggressive and aggressive Focus on the user Great capitalists !!

No real money… it’s a huge scam

Most stocks aren’t available to trade. No closed end funds. Why would anyone use this platform for serious investing ?

Never forget this app illegally didn’t allow people to remove their investments as it tanked. Super user friendly I enjoy using the app besides that.

It has been 3 days of me trying to update my old phone number so that I can update my debit card information. Every time I just get “this action has been blocked try again tomorrow”. Support is AI and at some point it just continues to get me to schedule a call back… TO MY OLD PHONE NUMBER WHICH I CANNOT CHANGE.

I download FanDuel and draftkings to gamble, a brokerage should have absolutely zero gambling components. Having college basketball and fed rate cut options thrown in my face when I login is disgusting. Be less pathetic and stop trying to rip off your customers with legally gray markets

Your platform is set up for hackers to steal people’s information, steal their money and all that is backed up by your lack of customer support. I see Robin Hood having multiple class actions continuing until maybe you finally break.

I inherited stock from my dad, but for a long time, I found it frustrating to sell and manage them. That all changed when I opened my Robinhood account-it made trading effortless. Now, I can buy and sell instantly with ease and have 24/7 access to all the information I need about my investments. I wholeheartedly recommend Robinhood to my friends and family, and I will continue to do so!

Please add an actual profit loss calendar. The current one is not it. Having a daily calendar would be so nice.
