Robinhood: Investing for All App Reviews

If you are looking to get into trading stocks and understanding markets, this is a great app. If you are of intermediate of proficient skill already, you may only find this app useful as far as circumventing brokerage fees.

FREE! FREE! FREE! Need I say more? This is a great alternative for those that would like to dabble in the market and do not want to invest thousands just yet. The risk involved is reduced simply by removing the trade fees, which can really eat into your profit margins, especially if youre only buying a couple of stocks at a time. I do use CapitalOne Investing as my primary source, but I use Robinhood once Ive covered my Roth quota. The waiting period is a bit of a lag, but again, if you are only investing a small amount, its well worth the wait to avoid hefty trade fees. Pros: free, easy to use, great tool for low income investors Cons: wait time for funds after you sell, no Roth option, yet. Even with the Cons, I still give this app a solid 5 stars. Its just that great!

This app is super great and very helpful. If you are a beginner or expert trader this app is great. I love using this app to trade and it is quick and efficient. Now with Touch ID so love it even more now. This should be an essential app.

Keeps logging me out of app everyday. I need to copy password n paste every time. Atleast add integration to apps like 1password. Everything else is perfect.

Easy to use for a trading app on the iPhone!

What a great idea, and who can beat free trades? I used to use Loyal3, which also had free trades, but the stocks you can buy are limited, and when you buy or sell, it goes through the next day and theres no guarantee of the price! Now I use Robin Hood for quick trades. I dont know how easy it will be for holding large quantities of many stocks, but Ive been buying and selling quickly and its awesome for that. Some of the UI could be better but I wont complain for free trades. I also invited someone and got bumped up to Robin Hood instant which is tremendous. No more waiting for funds to settle!

This app and premise are excellent! That is until you need any customer support or you want to withdraw your own money. My cash withdrawals to my bank account have been "disabled" preventing me from withdrawing my own money for reasons unknown to me so I contacted customer service 5 DAYS AGO!! Today I tweeted them, they said they would "look into it". These people are thieves, stay far away!! Spend the $10 a trade somewhere else that will let you have your own money when you need it.

Zero cutter, intuitive and constantly improving are how Id describe it. It does a few things but does them exceptionally well.

Ive been using for about a year now... As a piece of technology, its incredibly simple and fun to use. As a serious investment platform, I have a hard time believing the general population has a clue about how to make informed investment decisions. This tool feels more like a fun game and for those with a little extra cash to kick around, its great. Kinda like going to Vegas and accepting the fact that you bring $500 with you knowing youll probably loose it.
